HHI Pilot AJPH Publication

This study examined a community health worker (CHW) intervention in subsidized housing in New York City during 2016–2017. The sample involved residents of subsidized housing, and the intervention aimed to address health and social needs in a community setting where residents often face barriers to care and high chronic disease burden.
