AsPIRE Full Intervention Paper

This randomized controlled trial evaluated a community health worker (CHW) intervention to improve blood pressure among Filipino Americans with hypertension. The sample consisted of Filipino American adults diagnosed with hypertension, and the intervention was designed to be culturally relevant while supporting blood pressure self-management and care engagement.
