REACH FAR Results Publication

This study evaluated a faith-based intervention aimed at reducing blood pressure in underserved immigrant communities in metropolitan New York. The program was delivered through faith organizations and was designed to reach community members in trusted settings, combining health education, screening, and support for hypertension prevention or control.
