REACH FAR Learn to Read Food Labels Punjabi

The REACH FAR Keep on Track Intervention was implemented in four Asian American faith-based communities in metropolitan NYC and New Jersey. The program included regularly scheduled screening and counseling events with congregants. Outcomes included reductions in BP and increased health-related self-efficacy.
