REACH FAR Implementation Publication

This study describes the implementation of health promotion activities in Asian American faith-based organizations in New York City and New Jersey using community-engaged approaches. The work focused on partnering with faith communities as trusted settings for outreach and health programming, with the goal of improving engagement in prevention and wellness efforts among Asian American populations.
