REACH FAR Data Visualization Publication

This publication describes the REACH FAR Project and uses data visualization to show the geographic reach of community health activities for Asian American populations in New York and New Jersey. The article examines how a regional public health initiative reached Asian American communities through place-based, community-oriented strategies.
