REACH FAR Best Practices Publication

This publication describes best practices for partnering with ethnic minority-serving faith-based organizations to deliver health promotion programs. The authors argue that successful implementation depends on trusted community relationships, culturally adapted frameworks, and planning for sustainability from the beginning. The Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) is applied.
