IMPACT Protocol Paper

This publication describes the study protocol for Project IMPACT, a quasi-experimental study evaluating an intervention that integrates electronic health record (EHR) tools and community health worker (CHW) support to improve hypertension management among South Asian patients. The planned sample consisted of South Asian adults with hypertension receiving care in participating practices, a population with elevated cardiovascular risk and potential barriers to effective blood pressure control.
