IMPACT Full Intervention Paper

This randomized controlled trial tested whether integrating community health workers (CHWs) into community-based primary care practices could improve blood pressure control among South Asian immigrants in New York City. The sample consisted of South Asian immigrant adults with hypertension receiving care in NYC primary care settings, a population at high risk for cardiovascular disease.
