This study used qualitative methods to examine the facilitators and challenges of implementing a community health worker (CHW) program for people recently released from incarceration, a population that often faces major health and social barriers during reentry. Guided by the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), the authors explored how program features, organizational context, and broader structural factors shaped implementation.
