CHW-RRC Co-authored Publication on a CHW Training

This publication describes the development of an educational training program for CHWs focused on clinical research, research ethics, and diversity in research. The evaluation found strong uptake and positive feedback. The authors argue that research-trained CHWs can help diversify the clinical research workforce, improve community engagement, and connect under served populations to research opportunities.
