AsPIRE Pilot Intervention Paper

This pilot study evaluated a community health worker (CHW) intervention designed to help Filipino Americans with hypertension in New York and New Jersey improve blood pressure management. The intervention combined health education, support for self-management, and culturally tailored outreach to address barriers to controlling hypertension in this community.
